We only use the best ingredients by our standards (which are pretty great) and source local and sustainable meat from farms around us. All this to make sure every bite you take rocks.

Our meats are raised right, harvested by 3rd generation farmers on a single Pure Country farm in Ephrata, Washington. Cattle have free reign on open pastures and finish on locally-sourced barley. That flavor you love comes after a 21-day dry-aging process. (If you really care to do this, you can track each individual cut of meat back to the animal it came from—that’s complete traceability.)
Once in the hands of LJ Meats, it’s all about “nose-to-tail,” using all parts of the animal to cut down on waste and meet our (incredible) standard of quality.
When opening up Little Jaye, we knew there was only one place to get fresh bread. And we weren’t taking no for an answer.
Seattle’s own Macrina Bakery uses local ingredients to bring you European-style breads. All this means is they’re chewier on the inside, crunchier on the outside, and way more bold in flavor than your run-of-the-mill loaf.
Their passion for baking matches our passion for being besties with the local folks around us.
Our Chopped Cheese features a hoagie roll piled high with dry-aged ground beef cooked in rocket sauce, topped with tomato, lettuce, and American cheese.
Zoe’s smoked turkey breast meets Jack Mountain bacon on a Sodo roll dressed to the nines with Sriracha ranch, oven-roasted tomatoes, and lettuce for our twist on a turkey bacon ranch sandwich.
Our Pesto Chicken Caesar Wrap combines poached chicken breast with pesto Caesar dressing, romaine lettuce, garlicky croutons, wrapped up tight in a flour tortilla.
Our toasted brioche sandwich filled with melted goat cheese and tangy tomato jam comes with a classic side of tomato soup.
Bite into our juicy smashed patty, crispy hash brown, and a fried egg, all nestled between a Sodo roll, smothered with melty American cheese and our spicy mayo.
Our ham, egg and cheese is between a Sodo roll piled high with smoky Jack Mountain ham, a fried egg, American cheese, and a kick of spicy mayo.
Enjoy white cheddar, pesto mayo, a fried egg, and oven-roasted tomato all on toasted bread.
