Premium Meat and Eggs From LJ Meats

Our meats are raised right, harvested by 3rd generation farmers on a single Pure Country farm in Ephrata, Washington. Cattle have free reign on open pastures and finish on locally-sourced barley. That flavor you love comes after a 21-day dry-aging process. (If you really care to do this, you can track each individual cut of meat back to the animal it came from—that’s complete traceability.)

Once in the hands of LJ Meats, it’s all about “nose-to-tail,” using all parts of the animal to cut down on waste and meet our (incredible) standard of quality.

Fresh Bread Daily From Macrina Bakery

When opening up Little Jaye, we knew there was only one place to get fresh bread. And we weren’t taking no for an answer.

Seattle’s own Macrina Bakery uses local ingredients to bring you European-style breads. All this means is they’re chewier on the inside, crunchier on the outside, and way more bold in flavor than your run-of-the-mill loaf.

Their passion for baking matches our passion for being besties with the local folks around us.
